We add Wireless/Wired Apple Carplay & Android Auto Zlink App free of cost.
This unit is plug and play and doesn’t require any coding.
All the apps can be downloaded from the internet or Play Market and will function as an Android tablet.
Android 12 supports multitasking-split screen mode with running two apps side by side.
You can run any navigation maps of your choice such as google maps, Waze, etc and watch movies through Netflix, youtube, etc. or play any music app at the same time.
If you don’t have an internet connection alternatively you can plug your USB memory stick with movies or music into the USB port which is also provided in the package for you.
The GPS antenna is included in the package for you so you can use Offline maps if you have no access to the internet connection.

WILL I LOSE MY ORIGINAL SYSTEM?
No, you won’t lose anything whatsoever, your original Mercedes menu system still runs as normal, which means you still have access to everything such as your Mercedes settings, service history, TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system), DAB Radio etc.
In a nutshell, you won’t lose any original functionality whatsoever, just a whole host of new features!
How do I switch between the Mercedes and new Android System?
You can switch between the Mercedes and new Android menu as and when you need by holding down ‘BACK’ for two seconds.
Will orignal controls work?
Yes, it has fully integrated functionality for your vehicles stock Multimedia Controller and steering wheel controls

This additional extra gives your car access to DAB radio stations through the medium of a DAB Radio antenna to be connected to the android device and have the antenna placed on the windshield to have the strongest connection

No, these are optional extras which are available to order with the units, they can always be ordered at a later date from our accessories store if you don’t want them right now!
